In the event of legal changes after you place an order but before it is fulfilled, such changes will apply as required by law.

Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of:

1. Completing payment via our accepted methods;

2. Agreeing to these Website Terms; and

3. Entering into binding orders with us.

4. Orders through the UAE Website may currently only be delivered within the United Arab Emirates. The Website is for personal or gift use only; commercial usage is prohibited. We reserve the right to decline orders suspected of commercial intent.

Registration

You may access the Website as a guest or by creating an account. Members of Google, or Facebook may log in using existing credentials. You are responsible for maintaining accurate personal and payment information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Our team will never request your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you meet eligibility requirements and that the information provided is accurate. Commercial entities may not register.

Orders

By placing an order, you commit to purchasing the items at the stated price, inclusive of any applicable delivery fees, taxes, or duties. Orders are subject to acceptance by SAMVRA Jewels and may be declined for reasons including ineligibility, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or stock availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved until payment is completed.

Orders are only confirmed upon dispatch notification. No party other than SAMVRA Jewels is authorized to confirm acceptance.

Prices

All prices are displayed in AED and exclude optional services, delivery fees, taxes, or duties. If payment is made in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your card issuer will apply. Delivery charges and duties depend on destination, selected items, and delivery method.

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Depending on whether an order has been processed, we may:

• cancel the order and issue a full refund;

• honor the lower price; or

• refund any overpayment.

Orders not yet processed will only proceed once you confirm acceptance of the correct price.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes

Promotional codes are valid only as stated, until the expiry date, and are generally single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. They cannot be combined with other promotions. Certain items, including fine jewellery or select brands, may be excluded. Discounts for ineligible items will not appear at checkout.

Liability

Except in cases of death or personal injury due to our negligence or as required by law, SAMVRA Jewels and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant product(s).

Title to Goods

Ownership of items transfers to you on the later of:

1. Payment in full

2. Delivery to your specified address.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

No Waiver

Any delay or failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver. Rights and remedies are cumulative and in addition to legal rights.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At SAMVRA JEWELS, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the charm of handmade jewellery and should not be considered defects.

Each item goes through a careful quality inspection before it is shipped. For this reason, all purchases are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We only offer replacements or repairs in the rare case that:

- You receive a damaged item, or

- You receive an incorrect product

To be eligible, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery. All requests are reviewed individually.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused and in original condition

- All tags must remain intact and sealed

- The product must be returned in its original packaging

- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided

### Reporting Damages

Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Claims made after 2 hours from delivery will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or repairs.

### Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Damage caused after delivery (including improper handling, storage, or usage)

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

- Size or fit concerns (please review size details before ordering)

- Color changes due to exposure to perfumes, oils, lotions, chemicals, water, or similar substances

- Minor variations in design, finish, or material, as each piece is handmade and unique

Please note:

- Natural stones and materials may vary slightly from product images

- Earring posts are intentionally made flexible to prevent breakage during handling; slight bending is normal and can be gently adjusted

- For heavier earrings, we recommend using support backs for comfort and durability

### Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only

- Processing may take 10 to 45 days depending on your bank or card provider

- Banks may take an additional 2–3 weeks to reflect the refund
